1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The golden-group.eu online store operates in accordance with the rules defined in this Regulations.
2. The Regulations define the types and scope of electronic services provided by the golden-group.eu Store, the rules for providing these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaint handling procedure.
3. Each Service Recipient, upon taking actions aimed at using the Electronic Services of the golden-group.eu Store, is obliged to comply with the provisions of this Regulations.
4. Matters not regulated in this Regulations are governed by the provisions

3. The Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964. (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), as well as other relevant provisions of Polish law.

2. DEFINITIONS

1. REGULATIONS – this Regulations of the golden-group.eu online store.
2. SERVICE PROVIDER – Robert BÄ…k conducting business under the name Auto-Projekt S.R.Robert BÄ…k, registered address: ul. Marcinkowskiego 9, 62-050 Mosina, mailing address: ul. CzereÅ›niowa 1A, 62-060 Wielka WieÅ›, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7771527714, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 634196890, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, email address: info@goldendog.eu, tel. 512 188 699.
3. SERVICE RECIPIENT – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law and uses Electronic Service.
4. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Website.

3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

1. The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services through the Website, such as:

4. CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

4. Enabling Cookies and Javascript in the web browser.
4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law and good manners, bearing in mind the respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
5. The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the factual state.
6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.

5. COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Website can be submitted by the Service Recipient via email to the address: info@goldendog.eu
2. In the above email, please provide as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, especially the type and date of the irregularity, as well as contact details. Providing the above information will significantly facilitate and expedite the examination of the complaint by the Service Provider.
3. The examination of the complaint by the Service Provider takes place immediately, no later than within 14 days.
4. The Service Provider’s response regarding the complaint is sent to the Service Recipient’s email address provided in the complaint report or in another manner specified by the Service Recipient.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All content posted on the website at www.golden-kis.eu is protected by copyright law and is the property of www.golden-group.eu. The Service Recipient is fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of the use of any content from the www.golden-kis.eu website without the Service Provider’s consent.
2. Any use by anyone, without the explicit written consent of the Service Provider, of any elements comprising the content and substance of the www.golden-kis.eu website constitutes a violation of the copyright of the Service Provider and results in civil and criminal liability.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Agreements concluded through the Website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between any part of the Regulations and applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the contested provision of the Regulations.
